"I already know about this area. Of course, it would be better if Kota Tua is revitalized," he said.

Rano added that the Glodok area is an area with the potential to become a tourist destination.

If it is well-organized, Rano is optimistic that the Glodok area can be better and attract more tourists than the Malacca tourist destination in Malaysia.

"The restructuring process must be carried out in stages and in a measured manner. As an initial step, the team will focus on revitalizing the Kota Tua area first," he continued.

Rano explained that the number of visitors to the Kota Tua area, including Transjakarta, MRT, and electric train users, can reach 2.5 million people daily.

"2.5 million people a day, this place will definitely be much livelier," he stated.
